Young People’s Wellness Services
Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes, so that instead of just surviving, you're thriving. To understand the significance of wellness, it's important to understand how it's linked to health.

'Time to Talk' Podcasts
Dudley Children's Services and members of both our Children in Care Council and Care Leavers Forum have undertaken Podcast Training to explore issues affecting children and young people in the borough via a series of podcasts, consisting of conversations about topics they find important.
The first podcast discusses the topic of mental health and shares some amazing care leavers personal experiences.
The second podcast will be called ‘A Conversation With…Podcast’ and will provide a platform for our care leavers to share their journeys or give them an opportunity to interview special guests who have helpful advice to share.
Both of these and future podcasts can be found via this link to Spotify.
