Youth Trailblazers The Youth Trailblazer project in the St. James Ward, Dudley supports young people aged 18-21 who are not in employment, education or training to build confidence, resilience, and the practical skills they need for the future.
The goal of our intervention is to move the NEET youth closer or into employment, education or training. Alongside access to local opportunities, the project also offers tailored support to overcome barriers, helping every young person thrive.
We provide access to:
One-to-one mentoring to build confidence and resilience
Practical support with CVs, applications, and interviews
Local employer connections
Creative activities to inspire confidence and skills
Help with housing, benefits, and wellbeing challenges
Applicants must reside in the St. James Ward, Dudley.
