Widows Oil is a support group for widows. Through befriending, talking and sharing our aim is to support widows emotionally and practically.
Widowhood is an incredibly painful time in a woman's life and as such reaching out for support can be overwhelming. Widows Oil was birthed as a result of recognising the pain of widowhood and wanting to provide a safe place where widows can meet together, share and support each other, whilst acknowledging life does in deed go on.
We meet throughout the year every two weeks.
Refreshments are provided.

Widows Oil - a support group where widows can support widows.
All widows are welcome, whether you have been widowed for a few weeks, months or many years.
We are a friendly, informal group, we understand that every widow is different and navigates their own unique journey, there is never any pressure to share your story.
Come along and join us, a warm welcome and a cuppa awaits.
We meet alternate Monday afternoons throughout the year except for bank holidays.
