My award winning Slimming World groups would love to welcome you to lose weight, feel healthier and more confident. Following our Food Optimising plan which means that no food is banned and attending weekly sessions to help with behavioural changes and those important mindset shifts to help you lose weight and keep it off forever.
I have two sessions every week at The Ruskin Glass Centre, Wollaston Road in Amblecote at 5.30pm and 7.00pm.
