Our group is open to anyone who has been affected by suicide. Groups take place on a monthly basis for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The aims of our group: 

  • A safe and supportive space to discuss and explore, without judgment, the impact of your bereavement upon yourself, your family and those you connect with.

  • Share stories and experiences in a safe environment.

  • Gain peer support and build connections with others

Our service is available Monday-Friday: 10.00am-6.00pm (Evening appointments can be pre-arranged if needed), Saturday-Sunday : pre-arranged appointments can be made if needed.
