Dudley Citizenship and Registration Services
The service provides for the statutory registration of births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships in the registration district of Dudley Metropolitan Borough. The Register Office is located at Priory Hall, Priory Park, Dudley. A registrar is also available, by appointment only, to register births and deaths at Stourbridge Registration Office (Thomas Robinson Building).
A birth must be registered in the registration district where the baby was born. If your baby was born in Russells Hall Hospital, this can be at Dudley Register Office or Stourbridge Registration Office. Please visit www.dudley.gov.uk/register-a-birth
A death must be registered in the registration district in which it took place. If the death occurred within the Dudley Borough, this can be at Dudley Register Office or Stourbridge Registration Office. Please visit www.dudley.gov.uk/register-a-death
or call 0300 555 2345 to arrange an appointment.
