Zumba Gold Chair is aimed at active seniors, the young at heart, and those recovering from injury.
It is suitable for wheelchair users as it can be done seated in a chair. Some members sit for all the exercises, others are more mobile and energetic. It is entirely up to each member what they do and work within their own ability/pace.
We use lots of different types of music from Latin rhythms and world music to the decades classics. There are simple, fun easy moves and there's always plenty of singing and laughter.
We finish the session with a cuppa, so it's a social occasion as much as a gentle exercise class. There's no need to book - just turn up.
