Walk Description
A fitness technique that uses poles in order to give you a whole body workout. Nordic Walking helps to strengthen the immune system and joints such as back and knees. It is also good for your mental wellbeing as you walk, talk and make friends with your fellow walkers. It is suitable for all levels of fitness and adjustable Nordic poles are provided and instruction given to new Nordic walkers. Each free session will consist of a one hour walk and some simple exercises to aid strength and mobility.
Sturdy walking shoes (not boots) are recommended.
