18 August 2026. Online Workshop via Teams, 2.00pm-3.00pm.
We’re inviting patients, carers, families and members of the public to join us for a friendly online conversation about the role of Allied Health Professionals (AHPs). AHPs are healthcare professionals such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, dietitians, podiatrists, radiographers, paramedics and many others. They work with people of all ages to improve health, independence and quality of life.
We’re reviewing the way we plan and improve AHP services for the future, and we want to make sure the experiences and views of patients, carers and local communities are at the heart of that work. You don’t need any specialist knowledge or previous experience to take part—just an interest in helping shape local healthcare services. Whether your experience has been positive or you’ve identified areas where things could be improved, your voice is important.
We’d love you to join us for this friendly online conversation. Your experience can make a real difference.
Find out more about the different roles Allied Health Professionals play in healthcare.
Learn about our plans for improving AHP services in the future.
Share your experiences and ideas about what matters most to you.
Help influence how services are developed to better meet the needs of our communities.
Your voice matters. By sharing your views, you’ll help shape how AHP services support healthier communities now and in the future.
We’d love you to join us!
