Retirement Housing complex.
Retirement Living complex comprising of 87 dwellings and communal areas. Local Housing Manager during office hours to arrange repairs and offer signposting to additional services. Out of hours call service, variable sized properties to rent, large communal areas to include: Laundries, guest rooms, site based hair salon and new pending hair stylist, plus communal lounges where residents enjoy socialising.
The complex has well maintained garden areas with communal benched seating, greenhouses and planting areas for utilisation by residents who enjoy growing and displaying floral displays.
The internal communal areas of the complex are tastefully decorated and staff regularly receive compliments with regards to the ambience and cleanliness of the scheme. We welcome all enquiries and visits to our Retirement Living scheme, though applications to the waiting list and requests to view the complex are conducted by pre-ordained appointments.

Myles Court's catering kitchen has recently been completely refurbished, providing a modern, light and airy space for catering purposes. We are currently seeking an external meal provision service to cater for residents and their visitors, with the future possibility of extending the service to incorporate the wider elderly community, as a 'social hub'.
Our aim is to prevent isolation, increase social stimulation, and ensure the client group we serve have access to a home cooked meal and a healthy diet, - which they may not attempt if living alone.
Any interested parties or enquiries in relation to this objective would be welcomed by the Housing Manager, by email, as listed.
Eligibility Notes:
Myles Court has 2 schemes: Kinnear Wing can house 55+, Edwards House can house 60+. However, our priority applicants are 65+. This age group are at the top end of the waiting list and are contacted first when a property becomes available. We then descend the waiting list in age/date order, but retain the 2 schemes housing strategy.
