Retirement Housing complex.

Retirement Living complex comprising of 87 dwellings and communal areas. Local Housing Manager during office hours to arrange repairs and offer signposting to additional services. Out of hours call service, variable sized properties to rent, large communal areas to include: Laundries, guest rooms, site based hair salon and stylist, plus communal lounges where residents enjoy socialising. The complex has well maintained garden areas with communal benched seating, greenhouses and planting areas for utilisation by residents who enjoy easy produce growing. The internal communal areas of the complex are tastefully decorated and staff regularly receive compliments with regards to the ambience of the scheme. We welcome all enquiries and visits to our Retirement Living scheme, though applications to the waiting list and requests to view the complex are conducted by appointments.
