Nail care becomes increasingly beneficial for both aesthetic and health reasons.

Regular nail care including trimming, moisturising and gentle maintenance, not only enhances the overall appearance of hands and feet, but it also plays a crucial role in maintaining overall hygiene.

It can prevent common issues such as ingrown nails and fungal infections and identify changes in nail health, such as increased brittleness or thickness.

Routine nail care also promotes circulation and reduces the risk of infections.

Maintaining healthy feet and nails is integral to mobility and regular foot care can positively impact mobility and balance, enabling older individuals to maintain a more active and independent lifestyle as well as fostering a sense of well being and increased self esteem.
