Gratitude Workshop
7 November 2026. A gentle, inclusive workshop that combines nature, creativity, breathwork, and community.
Gratitude means something different to everyone. For me, it is about appreciating what is present in this moment, while recognizing that our reflections can change because nothing is permanent, as the seasons remind us with their constant change.
The last of autumn and the onset of winter beautifully remind us to take stock of what is here and what is ready to return to the ground.
Join us for a gentle, reflective workshop exploring gratitude through what is available to us right now: natural materials and mindful breathing.
Held in a welcoming, supportive space at Elysia Therapeutic Center, Stourbridge, this workshop invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore the potential of nature, creativity, and mindful breathing.
A moment to take stock
What to expect: We will explore how gratitude can coexist with difficult emotions, without dismissing or minimizing them. There is no expectation to feel a particular way or to share more than you wish. Earthart with Juin
Connect with Earth through a creative, grounding outlet. Using leaves and other natural materials, you will be guided to create your own piece of Earth art, offering space for self-expression, giving form to what has no words, and deepening self-connection and reflection on what is here now, for you.
Breathwork with Zahra
Experience a guided mindful breathwork session designed to help you reset by connecting you to life's foundation: your breath. Reconnect with yourself and release tension. Through gentle guidance, you'll have space to pause, become more aware of your breath, and notice how each inhale and exhale shapes your experience.
Who is this workshop for:
Whether you are navigating change, seeking stillness, longing to reconnect with nature, or simply curious about gratitude and self-reflection, you are warmly welcome here.
Upon registration:
Receive an email reminder and more information.
You are welcome to bring a few natural items such as leaves, small stones, or flowers for the Earthart activity, if you wish. Additionally, we will also provide all necessary materials.
Substance-Free
Please ensure you have abstained from alcohol, recreational drugs, or any mind-altering substances for at least 48 hours prior to the workshop, unless you are taking prescribed medication as directed by your healthcare provider.
Come as you are. Leave with space to breathe and room for reflection.
We look forward to welcoming you to this nourishing experience.
