A variety of free online parenting programmes for Dudley parents/carers of children aged 0-16 years.

Do the parenting course that really works for free. A happier family life starts now.
The parenting programmes provide a wide range of services for families, to address a variety of needs. A family may access advice or information online
Pick up all the skills and strategies that you need to help you:
encourage good behaviour
handle tantrums and manage misbehaviour
planning ahead for high stress times
manage problems more confidently and calmer
get your child to cooperate and follow instructions
strengthen your relationship with your child
encourage learning and teaching life skills
There is a range of Triple P programmes on offer, they are:
The younger programme is for parents of children aged 2-10 years.
The teen programme is for parents with children aged 11-16 years.
Triple P for babies is for expectant parents and parents of babies up to 12 months.
Fear-less programme for parents with children with anxiety.
Family Transitions programme for separated/ divorced parents. You have 12 months to complete the Triple P online programmes, using a laptop, mobile, tablet, etc.
There are also a variety of other programmes:
HENRY (Health, Exercise, Nutrition for the Really Young)
HENRY supports parents and carers to change family lifestyle habits and behaviours and provide a healthy start in life for their children. There are full programmes covering; Preparation for Parenthood, Healthy Families Right from the Start and Healthy Families Growing Up.
There are also 2-hour bitesize workshops, the topics are: Introduction to Solids, Healthy Teeth, Eat Well for Less, Fussy Eating, Understanding Children's Behaviour and Looking After Ourselves.
Solihull Approach courses are available in different languages and from ante natal, postnatal, children, teenagers, children with additional needs and more.
Dad Pad is for fathers.
Thrive to Five for building attachments, relationships and resilience
Reducing Family Conflict for parents arguing and unresolved conflict.
Non Violent Resistance (NVR) is an 8-week programme for parents that have a child or teenager that presents with challenging, controlling, aggressive or destructive behaviours. This helps to rebuild relationships, create a calmer home environment, help their teen to manage their emotions and learn de-escalation strategies and coping skills.
