British Sign Language Level 3 Award Qualification

Are you interested in a new career working with Deaf People?

Do you want to develop and enrich your use and understanding of British Sign Language?

Successful Completion of BSL Level 3 will provide an advanced knowledge of the structure and function of British Sign Language and an understanding of the Deaf community and Deaf Culture. The qualification can be used as evidence of the language skills needed in order to be able to operate independently and at an advanced level in BSL.

The program is delivered by our award-winning team and will prepare you for a career with deaf people, for instance working as Communication Support Worker with Deaf people and organisations.

If you have not completed your BSL Level 2 at our Centre, then an interview with the tutor will be required to ensure this program is suitable for you.

This program will be delivered online via Zoom (instructions can be given prior to start) where you will continue your learning journey and progression in BSL and meet like-minded people who want to communicate and mix with the deaf community or who aspire to work these contexts.
