Help shape domestic abuse services in Dudley
Dudley Council is carrying out a Domestic Abuse Needs Assessment to better understand domestic abuse within the borough and how local services can best meet the needs of residents.
As part of this work, we are inviting people who live or work in Dudley to complete a short public survey and share their views and experiences.
You do not need to have experienced domestic abuse to take part. We want to hear from as wide a range of people as possible, including people who may have supported a friend or family member, as well as those with personal experience of domestic abuse.
The survey asks about awareness of domestic abuse services, barriers that may prevent people from seeking help, which groups may find it particularly difficult to access support, and what could be done to improve support in Dudley. People who have personally experienced domestic abuse will also have the opportunity, if they wish, to tell us about their experiences of seeking or accessing support.
The survey is anonymous. You will not be asked to provide your name or contact details, and you can choose not to answer any question or leave the survey at any time. Please only complete the survey when it is safe and private for you to do so.
Your views will help build a clearer picture of domestic abuse and access to support across Dudley and will be considered alongside information from local services, organisations, professionals, victims and survivors. The findings will help inform the future development of domestic abuse support in the borough.
