Creative Support is a not for profit provider of personalised services, supporting people to enjoy their lives and reach their full potential. We work to promote a person’s independence, social inclusion and wellbeing through outcome focused support. We work in partnership with individuals, their carers and a wide range of agencies to provide person centred services.

A personal budget is a sum of money allocated to you as a result of an assessment of your needs. It allows you to have control and choose the best way to flexibly meet your individual support needs. You can use your personal budget, in line with your support plan, to purchase support that enables you to achieve the things in life that you want to achieve. We can work in partnership with you, your family, carer and other agencies to :

  • Support you to access the local community and community groups
  • Support you to access work, volunteering and training opportunities
  • Support you to access assisted technology, aids and adaptations to suit your needs
  • Maintain and develop your independence and daily living skills
  • Help with personal care
  • Promote your self-esteem and empower you to develop your confidence in your own abilities
  • Improve your physical, mental health and wellbeing
