Cradley Heath Amateur Operatic Society or 'CHAOS' was formed in 1908. The longest-established amateur operatic society in the whole of the Black Country, we celebrated our Centenary in 2008. Although the only Cradley Heath based operatic society, we have been performing in the Dudley Area for over 60 years.
Our aims are to bring musical theatre to the Dudley Area and to raise funds for local deserving causes. We offer an inclusive hobby, promote the acting, singing and dancing talent of the area and are open to those from the age of 16 years and over. (Children may be recruited for specific productions.)
Our main rehearsal and Society evening is Tuesday and Principal rehearsals are generally on a Wednesday evening. Our main Show takes place in November and we perform at Stourbridge Town Hall.
