Coseley Local Family Hub - 5 Week Baby Massage Class

Organiser:

Priscilla Trood

Telephone:

Job Title:

Certified Infant Massage Instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage and Early Years Teacher

From 15 January-12 February 2025. This five week course of baby massage will enhance bonding and communication between you and your baby. In a calm, relaxed, informal environment you will gradually learn to do massage strokes covering your baby's whole body, as you watch a demonstration on a doll. There will also be plenty of time for discussion, and sharing tips and experiences.

The classes are baby-led so you are encouraged to feed on demand, comfort or play with your baby or do whatever your baby needs. Baby massage can help to relax your baby, potentially improving sleep, and can also bring pain relief from things like teething, constipation, wind and colic.

The classes are held in the Coseley Local Family Hub and there is a free private car park.

The 5 week course is free, funded by the YMCA.

It is suitable for babies from birth to one year and their carers.

For more information and to book onto the course, please contact Priscilla on 07984 626637 or email priscilla.meandmybaby@gmail.com
