I provide information and support to relatives, staff and visitors across the Trust in regard to being a carer. There is also a new Information Hub; for patients, staff and carers in the front reception of the hospital which offers information Monday- Friday 9.00am-3.00pm.

I am available Tuesday to Friday for appointments for anyone whose relative regularly attends the hospital/out patients and is seeking information and support in regard to their caring role.
