We offer bespoke workshops and group packages which offer mental health education and support. Our services are group ran programmes because we believe in the vital role community plays in contributing towards positive mental health. When struggling with mental health difficulties it can be very isolating and lonely.
Through our years of experience working in mental health, we have seen the healing power of connecting with others that are experiencing similar struggles. Being part of a community of support provides people with a sense of belonging and this is why we focus on group support.
Our groups and workshops are bespoke to meet individuals' needs. Therefore we are able to cover a variety of topics and would be happy to discuss any requirements you may have.
The group sessions will be focussing on identifying and understanding emotions. Along with providing tools to support regulation of these. Upon completion of our sessions, a toolkit of coping strategies will have been developed for each individual.
Our early intervention mental health programme, My Feelings and Me is offered direct to primary schools.
If you are a school, workplace or a community group please get in touch so we can discuss how we can support you.

Notes:
Bee Well Groups aims to educate children, young people and their parents/carers about their emotions.
We provide a bespoke service designed to meet individual needs within the West Midlands.
Our service offers therapeutic group support and workshops encompassing: emotional resilience training and mental health wellbeing support.
Bee Well Groups also offers in person employee mental health and wellbeing workshops. Our sessions can be run within schools, workplaces or in community settings.
Bee Well Groups was founded to offer early intervention support to children and young people who are struggling with their mental health. The service was designed to offer support to children and young people who would not meet the criteria for specialist support services. Our educational sessions are therefore relevant to all.
Our name is inspired by the wonderful Bee. Bees work as a community serving a common goal.
Like bees when managing mental health we cannot do it alone, we need a community or network of support around us. Bee Well Groups was developed on this very premise. Providing a community to offer support and guidance to children and young people in order to promote positive mental health and wellbeing.
