Bedazzle actively enhances community wellbeing by focusing on comprehensive youth development initiatives in the West Midlands. Our organisation addresses the crucial need for improved mental health and wellbeing support for children, young people, and their families. Through strategic collaborations with schools and statutory partners, we deliver tailored assistance, targeted group interventions, and community-wide projects.
Our work is essential due to the pressing need to empower young individuals and families facing adversity or at risk of social exclusion. By providing timely and holistic support, Bedazzle contributes to building resilience, fostering personal growth, and promoting social inclusion. The demand for our services arises from the imperative to ensure that every young person has access to the resources and support necessary to thrive and fulfil their potential.
Our charitable aims are:
To relieve social exclusion of those affected by mental health illness, by providing practical and emotional support.
To advance the education of the general public in the subject of Mental Health and Wellbeing, through training and awareness raising.
To promote the arts as a tool for wellbeing and social inclusion through the provision of recreational and leisure time activities.
To provide support and activities for young people, which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.
