The Arts of Change Trust (The AOC) is a multi award winning professional organisation dedicated to providing caring, supportive and effective therapy and counselling for all ages in Dudley and for all people living or working in the Black Country. We support children from 0-12 years, young people from 13 years to 17 years and adults of all ages from 18 years+.

We offer personal; one-to-one counselling or therapy, couple/mediation support, family therapy and group therapy. Our counselling studios are lovely and relaxing in the heart of Dudley town centre, with lots of nearby public car parks.

You can self refer, refer others (with their consent) or be referred by a professional agency such as GP, social worker, health worker, teacher, parent, friend or loved one.

Best of all, our waiting times are very short. Once we receive your completed referral form, you will normally be allocated a therapist or counsellor within 2-3 weeks maximum, much shorter than waiting to be referred counselling or therapy through other services. This is because we have a large team of dedicated, professionally trained and registered therapists and counsellors.
