A parent never imagines their child will be diagnosed with a life limiting or life threatening condition. But when the unimaginable happens, Acorns Children’s Hospice steps in, helping families cope at every stage of their child’s life and beyond, wherever and whenever they need it.
Our dedicated teams provide specialist palliative care for babies, children and young people, and support for their families. In the past year, we have supported over 732 children and more than 940 families across the West Midlands, including those who have been bereaved.
We are currently recruiting Fundraising Volunteers to help assist our Community Fundraising Team! We have a variety of roles available across all areas within the Black Country:
- Collection Tin Coordinators
- Public Collection Volunteers
- Event Volunteers
- Event Speakers
- Researchers
We want our roles to suit you and your lifestyle, so please do get in touch and we can discuss how you can get involved and support your local children's hospice.
