Positive Feedback to Share

We have been working extremely hard to improve our Statutory Assessment process and parent/young persons' experience of this process.

We are very proud to reveal the latest feedback from our SEND Education Health Care Needs Assessment Feedback Survey show that:

70% are very satisfied with the service.

90% would recommend the service.

65% feel that the information, advice and support has made a great deal of difference to them.

50% feel that they were able to/given the opportunity to/share their concerns/issues relating to the EHC need assessment with their SEND Assessment Case Officer.

We are continually striving to ensure parents/young people have a positive experience of the assessment process and really appreciate all of the feedback we receive.
