The Family Information Service (FIS) is a free signposting service managed by Dudley Council providing detailed information, advice and contacts for parents, families and carers across the Dudley borough.
The FIS provides information on:
Ofsted registered early years and childcare providers
Information on funded early education childcare for under 2’s, 2, 3 and 4 year olds
Wraparound care
Childcare provision for children aged 5 years+
Things to do and places to go, including details of events and activities taking place for children, young people and families during holidays
Support for parents and carers of children with additional needs, such as SEN events, short breaks, sensory rooms, and support groups.
