Welcome to the Black Country's only fully Gratz-equipped Classical Pilates studio, offering a personalized and high quality Pilates experience. Our range of classes includes mat, reformer and equipment sessions, all designed with small group sizes to ensure optimal results. We also offer bespoke 1:1 or 2:1 private lessons for a truly customized Pilates experience.
Our friendly and highly trained instructors lead over 30 classes per week, with convenient hours. Open weekdays until 9.00pm and weekends until 1.00pm.
Everyone is welcome! Pre-booking is essential to secure your spot.

Starting at just £8.00 for mat classes, £16.00 for equipment classes and £30.00 for private sessions with discounts for monthly payments. Small classes of no more than 5 for equipment and no more than 9 for mat classes. Unlimited class pass available (as many classes as you like in a month). We also host weekly Virtual mat classes and private lessons. Contact us for details.
