Our retirement living properties for rent offer affordable housing options at 3 locations across the Dudley area, providing you with warm, safe and comfortable accommodation with a welcoming and homely feel. 

You'll get independence and privacy when you want it, with the added advantage of living in a welcoming community environment. Our properties are designed to make your life easier, releasing you from the worry or expense of repairing and maintaining your existing home,  we take care of those.

From studio flats to one and two-bedroom apartments and bungalows, we’re sure to have something to suit. Each property has its own front door, is fully self-contained with a lounge area, kitchen and bathroom and are designed with you in mind.

They provide:

  • Peace of mind - secure door entry systems for building access
  • Accessible accommodation - most schemes can accommodate a range of mobility levels, have a lift to upper floors and offer car parking facilities
  • Help when you need it - our experienced and friendly staff provide support tailored to your individual needs and there is access to help in an emergency through a 24 hour alarm monitoring system that is available all year round

Facilities include:

  • A hairdressing salon and treatment room*
  • On site games room where a games afternoon is hosted. Pool, jigsaws and board games are available at all times.*
  • External scooter storage with charging point (additional weekly charge applies)*
  • A laundry room onsite.
  • Communal lounge where a number of social activities are hosted including coffee morning, craft afternoons and health and well-being sessions.
  • Whole scheme is completely wheelchair accessible as there are two lifts.
  • Large communal gardens with indoor and outdoor seating areas.
  • A guest suite for visitors wishing to stay for a period of time (nominal charge).*
  • Regular coffee mornings, bingo evenings and the occasional excursion.
  • A communal room which is acts as the hub for day to day activities.
  • Parking for residents and visitors (limited availability)
  • An intensive management support service
  • A community alarm service for out of hours support (managed 24/7).
