Hello, I'm Esther and I started Skylark 9 years ago specifically to work with other local businesses and groups, to provide First Aid training with a difference! I really do take away the headache and confusion of sorting First Aid training. I'll help you decide how many First Aiders you need and what level of training to do. I deliver the course and personally sort all the administration. I then stay in touch with you after the course to offer ongoing, free, help, support and guidance to you and your staff/group.
I cover the Black Country, Worcestershire, Shropshire and Staffordshire. Options available range from short, informal talks or group awareness sessions to regulated, HSE/OFSTED compliant qualifications. Adult and paediatric options available.
I guarantee friendly, relaxed courses where your group will feel completely at ease - no embarrassing role plays, scenarios or getting up at the front on your own to make a fool of yourself!!

Skylark began in 2015 when Esther decided she was going to teach First Aid differently. Courses never include embarrassing role plays or stressful scenarios. You'll never be asked to get out at the front to demonstrate in front of everyone else.
Esther believes that you learn better if you are relaxed and feel at ease - whcih is exactly how she makes you feel.
Courses take place at your workplace and can be adapted so they are bespoke for any business or industry. All courses are regualted by Ofqual and sit on the National Qualifications Framework. They are valid for 3 years.
