About ROUTES Dudley
Cranstoun ROUTES, Dudley is a advice hub and space for young people to turn to when they experience challenges or adversity in their day-to-day lives, our team aims to empower young people to reach their potential, no matter their circumstances.
This service is an easy to access, youth friendly space at Merry Hill shopping centre in Dudley, which allows young people to get help at the earliest opportunity.

Walk-in Support Services
Monday - Targeted groups: Here4YOUth Poor impulse control programme and social prescribing (booking required through walk-in)
Tuesday
10.00am to 11.00am: Here4YOUth: If you’re worried about your child’s drug or alcohol use, come meet a worker
3.00pm to 7.00pm: ROUTES Drop-in service
3.00pm to 5.00pm: Here4YOUth drug and alcohol support. Come and talk to a substance use worker to answer any questions or access further support
3.00pm to 7.00pm: Brook Sexual Health and Wellbeing Services
Wednesday
3.00pm to 7.00pm: ROUTES Drop-in service
3.00pm to 5.00pm: School nurses - Available for advice and support with any health concerns
Thursday
3.00pm to 7.00pm: ROUTES Drop-in service
3.00pm to 7.00pm: Reflexions Mental Health Support Team. Meet a worker to answer any questions you might have around your mental health
Friday 3.00pm to 7.00pm: ROUTES Drop-in service
Saturday
10.00am to 4.00pm:OUTES Drop-in service
2.00pm to 4.00pm: Rainbow+ A peer-led LGBTQ+ group, 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month.
