Ring and Ride is a door-to-door transport service for registered customers who live in the the West Midlands who find it difficult or impossible to use fixed route public transport. Customers can use the service for the same purpose they would do on normal public transport such as commuting to and from work, visiting friends, shopping and leisure activities, to visit someone in hospital or for certain healthcare appointments.
The service operates Monday to Saturday, 8.00am to 11.00pm and Sunday, 8.00am to 3.30pm. Trips can be booked up to 7 days in advance and fares start from as little as £1.30 for an adult single. Please note the service differs in the Coventry region - see website for further information.

The service provides accessible, low cost transport to disabled people and people with walking difficulties. If you qualify, once registered you can book a Ring and Ride accessible minibus to take you, children and an accompanying adult, door to door for local short journeys.
