Tai Chi Qigong

The ancient Chinese art of Qigong is integral for keeping our energy balanced and mind decluttered.

In our sessions we perform the beautiful 18 movements of Shibashi, Animal Qigong or the 8 Brocades of Ba Daun Jin Qigong.

The sessions are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.  We welcome beginners and those curious about learning this gentle art.

We run two sessions per week.  One in Dudley on a Tuesday evening, and one in Halesowen on a Saturday morning.  We have also just introduced a Qigong beginner's course 'Seven Weeks of Shibashi', which will take place in Halesowen over the course of seven Friday mornings during the Summer holidays.

Further information and videos of our Qigong session are available on the official website www.qigongwithsimon.com

Notes

Notes:

Qigong with Simon is a Social Enterprise set up in late 2019 to bring affordable and accessible wellbeing sessions to the Dudley and Halesowen area.

The art of Qigong is straightforward to learn for those new to the art, yet the practice benefits participants in so many ways - including reduced anxiety, better balance, and improved clarity and focus.  Qigong has been scientifically proven to reduce falls, as shown in a Stourbridge Care Home recently.  Qigong can be performed by individuals with a diverse range of physical fitness levels / health conditions.

We have a range of memberships and concessions on offer, starting from just £3.75 per session or £15/month.  Simon also offers Qigong workshops and/or one-off sessions to community groups.  Contact Simon via Facebook or the official Qigong with Simon website to enquire about a taster, or if you would like to arrange a visit from Simon.

Eligibility Notes:

Completion of a Health Questionnaire.
