The Poppy Factory supports veterans with health conditions and their families into employment, helping them overcome any barriers.
Four out of five of the veterans we work with report a mental health condition. Whatever their situation, and whatever they are going through, our employment team is on hand to offer one-to-one support.
Our employment support is available to individuals who have served for one day or more in the Armed Forces or Reserves, and consider themselves to have any kind of physical or mental health condition.
The Navigator service is for veterans who want to find meaningful employment in the future but face barriers that make returning to work difficult.
Navigator helps veterans to improve health, wellbeing, confidence and motivation by connecting with specialist services, taking part in activities and building a support network.
The Families Employment Service offers one-to-one employment support to adult family members who support or care for members of the Armed Forces community with health conditions.
Specialist, adaptable support is delivered over the phone, email and video call by the Families Employment Specialists at The Poppy Factory. The Service is a partnership between The Poppy Factory and The Ripple Pond.
