I offer friendly, professional piano and keyboard tuition on a one to one basis, for all ages and abilities up to Grade 8. I welcome both pupils wishing to enter for graded examinations (ABRSM, LCM, Trinity, Rock School etc.) and also those who want to learn purely for pleasure. I encourage younger pupils to take part in the 'Dudley Festival of Music' each year.
Theory is taught in conjunction with the instrument, though I also offer separate theory tuition (including Grade 5 theory for those who need it but who do not play keyboard/piano). Lessons are geared towards the individual and arranged to suit. I have been established as a piano teacher in Stourbridge for 28 years, and am an ISM registered private teacher (DBS checked and fully insured). I am also available to accompany recitals, exams, and to play for events. Current rates from £15 per half hour lesson.
I am now teaching face to face again (since the lifting of Covid restrictions), including travelling to pupils where required, but am continuing to implement Covid-safe practice (sanitising between lessons, ventilation etc.). I am also continuing to offer online tuition for those who prefer or require it (e.g. where students or members of their household may have tested positive for Covid) so as to safeguard others.
