Paul Campbell's Karate Academy runs Karate classes at Inspired Communities Gym, Brierley Hill. Paul Campbell, the chief instructor is graded to 8th Dan Karate.
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate,
- Public liability and indemnity insurance,
- Safe guarding children qualification,
- A current basic first aid certificate and defibrillator Cert trained.
PC Karate Academy provides a structure that helps students develop both their physical and psychological skills.
We aim to develop:
- confidence and self-esteem,
- a strong character,
- discipline,
- physical strength, endurance and co-ordination,
- self-defence and awareness,
- courtesy and politeness,
- improvement of any Behavioural concerns,
- weight management.
Everyone is welcome to start learning and experiencing karate, fitness and exercise whether a beginner or advanced.
1st lesson is free.
