Keeping Well
Free weekly outdoor fitness sessions for groups of different ages and fitness levels. Park Active is a 'Child Friendly Dudley' activity, children (under 16) are welcome to join the session provided an adult is with them.
Qualified volunteer instructors take the group through a 45 minute outdoor fitness session. Everyone is able to work at their own level and enjoy the benefits of exercising outdoors. As the sessions are outdoors they are subject to weather conditions, sessions may be cancelled in inclement weather. Please check the Facebook page.
You will need to let the volunteers know of any health conditions you have that might affect how you take part in the session.
The Park Active project is also recruiting and training volunteers to deliver the weekly outdoor community workouts, contact us if you would like to know more.
