Park Active Session - Abbey Street Park, Gornal
Free weekly outdoor group fitness sessions for all fitness levels. Park Active is a 'Child Friendly Dudley' activity, children are welcome to join the session provided an adult is with them.
Qualified volunteer instructors take the group through a 45 minute outdoor fitness session. Everyone is able to work at their own level and enjoy the benefits of exercising outdoors. As the sessions are outdoors they are subject to weather conditions, sessions may be cancelled at short notice in inclement weather.
You will need to let the volunteers know of any health conditions you have that might affect how you take part in the session.
The Abbey Street Park session takes place on
Saturday mornings 9.00am-9.45am meeting by the children's play ground.
The Park Active project is also recruiting and training volunteers to deliver the sessions, contact us if you would like to know more.
