If you have been thinking about starting yoga, but feel nervous and unsure, then please get in touch! This might be the perfect class for you. Also suitable for other level, if you are interested in revisiting the foundations of your yoga practice. A welcoming and none competitive environment, we take it at a slow pace as we are becoming familiar with key yoga poses. Every session starts and finishes with a short meditation which is perfect to calm the mind and allow yourself the time to let go of your daily responsibilities and stresses. All equipment is provided, although in the colder months it is recommended you bring either a blanket or warm jumper for the final relaxing meditation. Yoga and meditation has many benefits, some of these benefits are: increased strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and tone for the body. It has also been said to help reduce pain, improve sleep, decrease side effects of stress and anxiety and so much more! The classes are at an affordable price.
