Your views and involvement are key to local healthcare.

We are passionate about involving and engaging local people and communities in helping us provide good quality health services. To do this, we need to hear what you think and what matters most to you.

By actively engaging people in different ways, we also come closer to reducing the inequalities in health and life expectancy and deliver services that meet the needs of our population.

We are working to give everybody and every community across the Black Country the opportunity to tell us what they think about local healthcare services. If you live or work in this area, we want to hear from you.

Get Involved membership scheme

Patients are at the heart of everything we do and our Involvement team actively encourages everyone to be a part of our 'Get Involved' membership scheme; please help us to help you.

There are two levels to our 'Get Involved' membership for you to choose from:

  • Black Country Voices - receive regular surveys to share your views and feedback on local health and social care services as well as our quarterly stakeholder newsletter, or
  • All of the above, plus be invited to: participate in your local people panel and specific health workshops based on your interests, or participate via phone/email if you can't attend.
