Carole is a listed teacher with the British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches (BAMBA), abides by the BAMBA best practice guideline. She has had extensive training to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for Life. MBCT-L . These are both 8 week courses plus an all day retreat..

MBSR and MBCT-L are the gold standard, best researched, Mindfulness courses. When taught by an experienced teacher, these courses can help us reduce stress and improve health and well-being, such as helping us better manage chronic conditions, improve relationships and build resilience for when life throws up challenges, as it will!

Carole teaches both groups and one-to-one, either online or in person.

Carole Lacy is a registered Mindfulness teacher with the British Association for Mindfulness-Based Approaches. She has helped many people to bring Mindfulness into their lives, increasing their sense of well-being and calmness and learning to be less reactive in difficult situations. Mindfulness helps us be more resilient when challenges arise in life - as they do!

It's never too late to explore the benefits of Mindfulness Training and research has shown how it can help many people get the most out of life, including after retirement and for those with chronic illnesses.

Carole teaches in person, online, either one to one and in groups.
