What the class involves:
Bring your little one whilst you workout, no childcare needed - from 6/12 weeks postnatal with no upper age limit.
45 minute workout - 10 minute warm up, 25 minute circuit, 10 minute cool down and stretch.
Varied circuits each week so you don’t get bored!
Modifications available for all fitness levels plus, any pelvic floor issues, tummy muscle separation, c section recovery. Whatever stage of motherhood you are at there is an option for you.
Little ones are placed (if young enough to stay still!) in the centre of the room where they can watch, play and interact with their friends.
Mums workout around the edge of the play zone, completing each exercise for 30 seconds.
Don’t worry if your little one cries or wants feeding or changing, you can stop whenever you need, there’s no pressure.
Your workout is followed by time to stay and chat. A great opportunity to socialise with other mums and their little ones.
A strict cleaning regime remains in place for all equipment and the space is ventilated.
