A dance class aimed for people aged 50+ in the Black Country. We focus on strength and balance training helping to prevent falls but, our main focus is to have fun!
We dance to lots of different music styles and often change themes each term (previous themes have included; 60s, Music Icons, Musicals and even Disney).
If you're looking for a way to stay active whilst having fun and meeting new people this is the class for you!
