Offering a bespoke service to support clients in their home and/or in the community.
1 to 1 support and small group support.
Shopping trips, days out, support to appointments, transport included. Befriending service Light domestic chores Food preparation, cooking. Liaising with other professionals. Swimming, gym, bowling, bingo, dancing, visiting places of interest, picnics, etc.
Money management, daily living skills, groups discussions. etc. I can also offer pampering, gently massage, foot health care, exercise by a qualified therapist. Transport provided. I support the clients to maintain their independence and working in a person centred approach.
