1 to 1 support and small group support.
Shopping trips, days out, support to appointments, transport included. Befriending service Light domestic chores Food preparation, cooking. Liaising with other professionals. Swimming, gym, bowling, bingo, dancing, visiting places of interest, picnics, etc.
Money management, daily living skills, groups discussions. etc. I can also offer pampering, gently massage, foot health care, exercise by a qualified therapist. Transport provided. I support the clients to maintain their independence and working in a person centred approach.

My name is Deb. I have worked with a variety of individuals and groups, in residential homes and out in the community and in their own homes for a number of years. I hold a NVQ level 4 in health and social care and also have qualifications in foot health care, massage, beauty etc.
