Gentle, relaxing and encouraging sessions based on Hatha Yoga with an infusion of other influences (including Mindfulness and Chi Kung movements) suitable for all levels, ages and fitness levels and including people who need modifications to suit their needs (including chair options).
Each class includes relaxing music and twinkle lights, creating a lovely atmosphere for the Yoga moves and breathing. Classes offer options for all people from beginners to more experienced and for those who need modifications to suit their needs to make sure everyone feels included and encouraged. I offer free 1:1, phone, in person or online consultations to anyone who wants them to explore modifications to suit their individual needs.
Benefits include: help with weight loss and management, improved self-confidence and body image, better muscle tone, posture, flexibility, balance, circulation and strength. Plus very helpful with stress/anxiety reduction and management, improved sleep and greater overall contentment and wellbeing.
