Home Matters are a local company that have been successfully providing support services in Dudley Borough and Were Forest since 1998.

Our 'Supporting You' one to one service is a tailor made service to meet the needs of the individual and to hero them achieve positive mental and physical wellbeing. The service actively promotes self development and sustainable independence. 

Our holistic packages of care may include support with;

• managing and keeping appointments
• medication and prompts
• accessing the community
• daily living tasks
• participating in social and leisure activities
• managing correspondence
• budgeting
• accessing training and volunteer opportunities- 

Home Matters can also provide supported accommodation in one of their group homes or support for individuals in their own homes.  

All of our services are available for individuals who are self funders, or have a personal budget and are looking for a bespoke package of support. 

'The Haven' has been developed to provide a safe, warm and inviting environment for individuals to seek the support and help they need. Courses, workshops and therapeutic sessions are provided at The Haven, these include crafts, gardening, mindfulness, I.T., cooking and many other opportunities for individuals to come along to.
