Grounded Momma Movement CIC

Grounded Momma Movement CIC

Self Help/Support Groups

Grounded Momma Movement CIC supports Dudley moms who are feeling overwhelmed, low, or struggling after a tough birth, early motherhood experience or past traumatic memories. We’re a local, mom-led mental health organisation offering free and funded support for your wellbeing because you shouldn’t have to do this alone.

Through our community interest model, we provide fully funded places for underrepresented and disadvantaged mothers in need of specialist support. Our services include the Grounded Momma Reset (a 6-week wellbeing boost) and Heal, Mother, Thrive (a 12-week therapeutic program), along with free resources and local events like Sip and Breathe mom-and-baby sessions.

We believe every mother deserves to feel seen, heard and supported, not just to survive but to truly thrive.
