The Green Team offer support in gardening, grounds maintenance and a variety of other skills. We also enable our clients to be involved in valued conservation activities working in partnership on a variety of interesting Dudley Canal and Tunnel Trust projects. green Team also discuss and plan with our clients a variety of local fitness, educational and recreational activities.
The Green Team is a day service provider for adults with learning disabilities. We have over 60 years caring experience between us, working with the private and public sector. Green Team achieved and retained both the Silver and Gold, Dudley MBC Quality Marks. Green Team won the Dudley CVS Green Achievement Award in 2013 and we were proud to be runners up for the 2016 Mayors Pride of Dudley special award.
We have an established valued partnership with Dudley Canal Trust and have excellent long standing working arrangements with many local sports and recreational establishments. We received recognition in 2018 for our community project work with Dudley Councils Make it Happen initiative. Green Team were Finalists in the Dudley Borough Community Awards in 2025 in the category of Environmental Project of the Year.
We also helped the Dudley Canal and Tunnel Trust achieve the Queens Award for Voluntary Service. We very proud of our teams charity fundraising efforts which have now raised over £15000 for Action Heart, Macmillan Cancer Support, Dudley Canal and Tunnel Trust and Compton Hospice over our 15 years of existence.
