Fact Healthcare Limited, a nurse led recruitment, placement and domiciliary care agency based in Birmingham looking after both children and adults. We are CQC registered.
We are fully compliant and registered with the Care Quality Commission and citation for Health and Safety human resources. We are also a member of West Midlands Care Association. We aim for excellency and pledge to provide well trained, skilled and experienced staff. Our vision is to provide high standards of compassionate person centred care. Client satisfaction is our priority. We encourage Client compliment/feedback to continually improve on our services.
Some of the expert services we provide among other things include; live in care, sit in care, sleep in care, end of life care and care for clients with special needs eg tracheostomy care, stoma care, peg feed, stroke, parkinson’s, brain injury, dementia and many other care services.
We are so optimistic that we would be of considerable help whenever you may require urgent or ongoing domiciliary and social care services. We are happy to take all clients across the board including private and direct payments categories.
Each staff member we provide will reflect what this company stands for when it comes to healthcare service as we have our own in house training department. We are confident that we can provide high standards of care services and wish to be considered for spot contracts.
