Epilepsy Action provides support for people living with epilepsy. You can meet other people living with epilepsy online or in person through our Talk and support groups or get one to one support with our Befriending scheme.
You can get answers to all your epilepsy questions by calling our helpline 0808 800 5050, you can also email them on helpline@epilepsy.org.uk or do a live chat with our advisors via our. We also have online courses on first aid for epilepsy, wellbeing and epilepsy and for Parents of children with epilepsy. As well as a website full in information on living with epilepsy including a section Just for Kids and the Epilepsy Space for young adults.
Whatever stage of the epilepsy journey you are on, we are hear to help.
