Dudley Telecare Service operates 24 hours a day 365 days a year. A range of telecare solutions can be installed within the home and can be linked to an emergency alarm monitoring service or carer's mobile phone. Professional and experienced call handlers, take calls either direct from customers or make response calls to customers which are triggered by the telecare equipment, checking if help or assistance is required.

Staff within the Telecare service have been trained by the West Midlands Ambulance to provide falls response to people who have fallen, are uninjured and just require assistance to get back up and mobilise. This service will be provided to anyone who receives Telecare.
